We accept returns. You can return unopened items (Food, beverages, snacks, dry goods & health supplement) in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
The item must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging with all materials included. The item must not have been damaged while in the possession of the customer.
Due to the nature of our fresh grocery, we only offer refunds within 7 days of delivery only if the food item arrives damaged or has a quality issue.
To process a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any product back to us.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
The cost involved in returning a defective or damaged item to Umma Markets will be covered or reimbursed by us. In the case that the item is not damaged and it’s just a regular return or exchange, customers will be in charge of the cost of returning an item back to us. Umma Markets will not be held liable for any lost returns. We strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.
Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a refund on your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and image of the damaged item. We will get back to you right away. Once approved, we can offer an exchange (if the item is in stock) a full refund on your original method of payment. Please be aware that the cost of returning a damaged item to us will be covered by us.
If you are unsatisfied with your item and would like to exchange it for another, please contact us at email@example.com.
